A: The Automated Email Generator (AEG) is tied into the College Coach Database and is used to submit your profile and communicate with coaches. The AEG automatically codes your profile to the coach it is being submitted to. Each time a coach views your profile, you are sent an instant email from GetMyNameOut providing you with the name of the coach and college along with date and time of the event.
The AEG allows you to submit your profile and/or communicate with multiple coaches simultaneously with each coach receiving a personalized message. Members are provided with several templates to guide them in their communication with coaches. The templates can be edited and personalized as required.
