1. Agreement
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully; it creates legal obligations. By accessing our Website, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by it.

In addition, if you register as a user of any of the features of our Website, during the registration process (and from time to time as GMNO may require) you will be prompted to click an "I Accept" button, which further confirms your agreement to be legally bound by this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy governs each Website that we have linked to this Policy, including esportsresource.com ( the "Website" or the "Site").

This Privacy Policy applies only to information you provide to us online while visiting or using our Site.  It does not apply to information we have obtained offline or through other traditional means.

GMNO collects information from users at different points on our Website and through our software, and uses this information as follows:

3.1 Registration of Coaches. In order to register as a Coach and gain access to the Restricted Areas of our Site, we require that you complete a registration form. This form asks for contact information, which may include such items as name, address, email address, telephone number, company name, fax number and other basic contact information ("Coach Information"). By registering as a Coach, you are acknowledging and confirming that you (i) are an active coach of a college baseball team and (ii) are interested in accessing information posted by persons registered as Players on this Site.

3.2 Registration of Scouts.  In order to register as a Scout and gain access to the Restricted Areas of our Site, we require that you complete a registration form. This form asks for contact information, which may include such items as name, address, email address, telephone number, company name, fax number and other basic contact information ("Scout Information"). By registering as a Scout, you are acknowledging and confirming that you (i) are actively employed as a major league or professional scout and (ii) are interested in accessing information posted by persons registered as Players on this Site.

3.3 Registration of Players.  In order to register as a Player (which will not entitle you to gain access to the Restricted Areas of our site) you will need to provide certain personal information such as    contact information, academic transcript, college board scores (SAT, ACT, etc.), academic awards, baseball statistics (batting, pitching, running, etc.), current schedule of baseball games, current name of coach, current coach's contact information ("Player Information").  By registering as a Player, you are acknowledging and confirming that (i) you are at least fourteen  (14)  years old, (ii) you are currently engaged in a high school (or similar) baseball program (iii) you are interested in having persons who have registered as Coaches or Scouts gain access to the information you are posting on the Site about yourself, and (iv) you have consulted with your parents regarding your use of the Site and have their permission to use the Website.  The Player Information you provide will not be provided to other Players and will only be made available to users who have registered as Coaches or Scouts on the Site.

3.4 Coaches’ and Scouts' Communications with Players.  By registering at the website as a Player, you are also indicating that you are interested in having users registered as Coaches or Scouts contact you directly.  If you are not so interested, please do not register as a Player on this Site.  Please take all appropriate precautions when contacted by or contacting a third party.

3.5   GMNO Software.  While posting or searching information on this Website, GMNO software may record general statistical and tracking information. The GMNO software transfers this information to GMNO's servers, and such information is used for internal resource management purposes, and for internal business evaluation purposes.

3.6 Informational Notices and Bulletins.  Periodically, we may choose to send news, bulletins, marketing materials, or other information to our Website users, and will use personally identifiable information to send such communications. If we choose to undertake such communications, you will have the ability to opt out of receiving these communications as provided in Section 5.

3.7 IP Addresses; Other. GMNO may automatically receive and record information in our server logs from your browser, including your IP address (the Internet address of your PC), your computer's name, the type and version of your web browser, referrer addresses and other generally-accepted log information. We may also record page views (hit counts) and other general statistical and tracking information, which will be aggregated with that of other users in order to understand how our Website is being used.

3.8 Cookies.  A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. Cookies can be used to provide you with a tailored user experience and to make it easier for you to use the Website upon a future visit. 3.9 Computer Configuration: In order to determine whether your computer is supported by our system, we may collect certain anonymous information. This information includes, but may not be limited to, your operating system and browser, as well as the presence of any software that our Website may require to operation with your computer, or other third party software on your computer. This information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties, except as provided for in this privacy policy.

4. What We Do with Information We Collect and Use Except as provided in this policy, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties without your express consent. There are, however, some limited circumstances (apart from those set out in Section 3) in which we may need to disclose personally identifiable information about a user, including, but not limited to, the circumstances set forth below:

4.1. Site Vendors. If we receive legal process calling for the disclosure of any of your personally identifiable information we will attempt to notify you via the email address you supplied during registration within a reasonable amount of time before we respond to the request, unless such notification is not permitted.

4.4. Transfer of Site. GMNO shall be entitled to transfer to a third party information it collects, including any personally identifiable information, in connection with a sale of all or substantially all of the capital stock or the assets of the business entity responsible for the information under this Policy.

5. Changing or Removing Information; Opting Out

5.1 Discretionary Account Information.  To allow you appropriate control over your personally identifiable information, you can access your account (after supplying your user name and password) to change or update discretionary information (including personally identifiable information) that you have previously submitted.

5.2 Opt-Out.  If we choose to send to you bulletins, updates, or other unsolicited communications that are marketing-related materials, we will provide you with the ability to decline -- or “opt-out of” – receiving such communications.  Instructions for opting-out will be provided if and when GMNO determines to send you such a communication.  Please understand that you will not be allowed to "opt–out" of formal notices concerning operation of this Website, and legal and other related notices concerning your relationship to the Site.

5.3 Deleting Information.  Finally, if you request, we will remove your name and other personally identifiable information from our databases. Please understand, however, that it may be impossible to remove this information completely, due to backups and records of deletions. In addition, please understand that, if you request deletion of your information, you will be unable to utilize associated features of the Website and any services provided through password-protected areas of the Site. 

6. Security
Our site's password-protected section requires users to give us unique identifiers such as their user ID and password. GMNO utilizes technologies designed to provide secure transactions related to sensitive data on the site. GMNO employees (and vendors identified in Section 4.1, above) are required to acknowledge that they understand and will abide by our policies with respect to the confidentiality of personally identifiable information. Moreover, we provide access to our databases containing personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis only.

Accordingly, we have put in place security systems designed to prevent unauthorized disclosure of information you provide to us. These systems are structured to deter and prevent hackers and others from accessing this information. 7. Children
The Website is not designed for persons under the age of fourteen (14).  Specifically,  GMNO does not knowingly allow the use of the Website or collect information from visitors who are twelve (12) years old or younger.  If we learn that a child who is twelve (12) or younger has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete this information from our databases.

8. Notification of Changes 
From time to time, GMNO may change its Privacy Policy. If we make any changes regarding disclosure of personally identifiable information to third parties, we will attempt to contact you prior to the date the modified policy takes effect. We will also post notice of the new policy from the privacy link on our Website. 9. Relationship to Terms of Use and Other Contracts
This Privacy Policy must be read in conjunction with (i) our Terms of Use, and the provisions of our Terms of Use are incorporated herein, and (ii) any specific contracts you have entered with GMNO (such contracts are referred to as " GMNO Contracts").  To the extent the terms of such GMNO Contract conflict with the terms of this Privacy Policy, the terms of the GMNO Contract will control.
